Does JobNest integrate with Xero?

Yes — JobNest has deep, two-way Xero integration. Invoices, contacts, payments, and payroll sync automatically in both directions. Changes in Xero flow back to JobNest and vice versa.

Can I import my existing data?

Absolutely. Upload any CSV or Excel file and our AI automatically detects your columns — no manual mapping needed. It works with exports from ServiceM8, Jobber, ZenMaid, Xero, Google Contacts, and plain spreadsheets.

Is it really built for New Zealand?

Yes — JobNest is designed and built in Aotearoa. NZ GST (15%), NZ public holidays including Matariki, NZ phone format (+64), NZ addresses via Google Places, NZD pricing, and Monday-to-Sunday weeks. Everything works the Kiwi way.

Can my staff use it too?

Yes — invite your staff and they get a simplified mobile view. They see their schedule, upload before/after photos, and fill in their weekly timesheet. No access to financials or client details.

How does WhatsApp confirmation work?

Send a confirmation to your client via WhatsApp (with SMS and email fallback). They get a branded page where they can confirm, reschedule, or cancel with one tap. You get notified instantly.

What happens if I cancel my plan?

Your data stays safe. You can downgrade to the free Starter plan with limited features at any time, or pick a paid plan again later. We never delete your data.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately. If you upgrade, you only pay the difference for the remaining billing period.
